Europcar Mobile Wi-Fi provides a generous 10GB allowance per rental, letting you connect up to 10 devices at once. You can easily book it online with your rental to stay connected wherever you are—whether in your car, at your hotel, or elsewhere. This service is available at our Keflavik International Airport location, Reykjavik downtown spots, and in Akureyri. Please remember that it’s not offered for one-way rentals.

GPS Satellite Navigation

These Garmin devices come with detailed regional map data for Iceland, along with the latest updates! While many of our vehicles have built-in navigation (Navi), we find Garmin provides superior guidance and maps. For a smooth navigation experience across beautiful Iceland, we definitely recommend using a Garmin device.

Just a heads up: Some of our cars come with Navi, while others don’t. Please note Holdur doesn’t offer refunds for Garmin devices, even if your rented vehicle includes built-in navigation.

Child Seats

We value all of our customers and take great pride in their safety. However, we know that it is even more important to keep our children safe. Therefore, we offer fully legal child seats for all children up to 7 years of age. Child safety restraint seats are also available at our locations upon advanced reservation.
